Empreseguros further consolidates its presence in the Ecuadorian market by merging in 1995 to a newly created insurance broker, Acosta & Quiñones.

This new broker's activity, whose principals were Diego Quiñones (see Clasecuador's Management) and Esteban Acosta, carried Empreseguros to another level. Both Quiñones and Acosta are highly experienced in the Ecuadorian insurance market and currently hold key positions both at Grupo Clasecuador and Empreseguros.
