Cepsa's prominence in Ecuador provided Clasecuador the goodwill to spearhead several larger scale projects like Conecell -the mobile phone operator.

This gas station was the typical Ecuadorian operation of Anglo in the 70's. This site in Quito is now one of Cepsa's locations.
