The firm's current structure relies on a pool of highly experienced and qualified managing directors who identify opportunities that fit Clasecuador's strategy. This pool of individuals represents over 50 years experience in South America's business environment. In addition, all of the firm's managing directors have a direct interest in the group. This situation endows Clasecuador's management with the particular motivation that can be attributed to ownership interest.

Antonio Serrano: Obtained a Masters degree in Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design (Savannah, GA) in 2000. After working for a year in the United States for an architectural design firm in Washington D.C. (WA Brown & Associates) returns to Ecuador as associate architect for the architectural design firm Arteta Arquitectos until 2004. After this, creates his own company, Serrano Proaño Design Build to develop his own projects as well as for Grupo Clasecuador. In 2007 Antonio earned his MBA from Tec de Monterrey, Toluca campus.  Serrano now leads the real estate business unit as Clasecuador’s managing partner.

Fernando Martínez: Graduated from Rider University in New Jersey in 1986 with a BA in Economics. Joined the Group in 1986 through Andesa (the GM spare parts distributor). In 1992 Martínez became a member of Cepsa's senior staff as Divisional Manager of one of the firm's commercial product lines. Martínez was also a key factor in Conecell's start-up success. Fernando handled the cellular operator's logistics and distribution from the venture's inception (1993) until 1995.

Diego Quiñones: Began his career at an early age in 1982 in the property and casualty insurance business at one of Ecuador's most important insurance firms (Metropolitana de Seguros). By 1987 Quiñones became branch manager of the capital city of Quito office at CETI Seguros, a prominent insurance broker that was part of a leading financial services conglomerate (Grupo Conticorp). In 1989 Diego joined a renowned insurance broker (IACA) as a partner. By 1994 he had started his own insurance broker with an associate, and the business generated such an attractive level of activity, that in 1995 Clasecuador's insurance broker (Empreseguros) acquired 100% of Quiñones's brokerage business. Diego Quiñones has been involved in every phase of the acquisition and is now General Manager of the group's insurance broker (Empreseguros).

Esteban Serrano: Educated in the United States since high school. Earned his BS in finance from George Mason University (Fairax, VA) in 1991. Joined Clasecuador in 1991 through Invescorp, Banco Invesplan's factoring of receivables unit. Joined Banco Invesplan in 1993 as a trainee. In 1995 acquired a senior staff position (Financial Manager) at Banco Invesplan. Esteban earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management in 1999, Esteban now leads the group’s endeavors representing the majority owner of the business.
